Who better to explain humanism than the board members of the Minnesota Humanism? I will be at the State Fair for a discussion on the definitions and implications of humanism with Scott Lohman, Nathan Curland and Dale Handeen. We will have an open microphone, too, for you to come up and ask questions of humanists. What do we believe? What don't we believe? Are all humanists also atheists? If secular humanism is classified as a religion by the Supreme Court, how are schools allowed to teach evolution ? Do humanists get as dizzy as regular people on The Scrambler or are they protected by their rationality?
We know the answers to some, but not all of these questions and we invite you to join us at the KTNF booth at the State Fair prior to your day of stuffing yourself and checking out lambs being born.
"Atheists Talk" is produced by The Minnesota Atheists. August Berkshire is the director and Mike Haubrich is the host for today's show.
