This Sunday we're going to get to better know one of our newer Atheists Talk interviewers, Maddy Love. Maddy began interviewing with Atheists Talk in August 2015, but she's no newbie to podcasting. She is the creator of A Minnesota Trans Atheist Podcast, a show that she started in 2013, and which is dedicated to speaking about topics of interest to, and to people involved with, the trans, atheism, skepticism and science communities. Her podcast can be found on iTunes and Stitcher (among others), and is part of The Queer Life network, linked below.
Maddy grew up in Washington state and moved to Burnsville, MN when she was in the 8th grade. She comes from a fundamentalist background and she'll be speaking this Sunday about her journey from there to here: An atheist radio show host, and an advocate for science, skepticism and transgender activism.
